The Victorian Government offers a range of planning and management services and advice and support to assist Victorian firms to develop and implement strategies to become internationally competitive.

The Grow Your Business program includes:

• Grow Your Business - Business Development Plan
• Grow Your Business - Business Strategic Review
• Grow Your Business - Group Programs
• Grow Your Business - Networks Program

Eligible businesses can apply for a grant to engage the services of an independent specialist to undertake:

• the Business Strategic Review, an analysis of where the company has come from, and/or
• the Business Development Plan, which assists organisations to pinpoint where they want to go and how they are going to get there
