Lin Baddock is a highly experienced manager and financial specialist who has worked extensively in Australia; Sydney, Adelaide, Melbourne and Regional Victoria.

She has senior management experience at the corporate management level within large public companies and joint ventures as a company director in the private sector. She also has experience in planning, implementation and evaluation of business strategies and problem solving.

Lin played a significant role for 20 years in a public accountancy practice in Adelaide and as financial controller for a large national winery. Lin’s experience in the manufacturing / engineering fields was gained as a Company
Accountant for a large Engineering firm in Adelaide that handled extensive shutdowns and maintenance projects at large mining sites around Australia. Lin’s role as a financial controller, for a many sited winery and a large agricultural / manufacturer dealership has increased her knowledge with regard to costing, budgeting, projection and project management.

More recently Lin has been involved in a recognized agricultural business and a shareholder of an award winning national financial planning business.
